WindowBlinds is a program that allows you to completely change the look and feel of Windows to however you want it to look like. WindowBlinds allows you to completely customize your desktop look by changing the style of title buttons, bars and toolbars. You can change the look of buttons and check boxes by assigning them skins, or personalities, and you can assign buttons that will launch programs to toolbars.

You can create your own skins, choose from the four that are included in the program, or download additional ones. You can also choose to exclude certain programs from WindowBlinds if you don`t want to change their appearances.

Applying visual styles : In addition to the shortcut to the WindowBlinds Advanced Config window in your Start menu, you can change WB visual styles and settings from either the Skins or Appearance tab in Display Properties.

The .Dream Format
DeskScapes supports the new .Dream format. The .Dream format has been specifically designed to contain content intended to be used as animated wallpaper. The .Dream format supports triggers, dynamic content, MPEG video, and WMV video.

Windows Vista or XP

Minimum screen resolution: 1024 width and 768 height

Video Card requirements:
Windows Vista Users
Minimum Requirements: Windows Vista users must have support for DirectX 9 graphics with a WDDM driver, 128 MB of graphics memory, Pixel Shader 2.0 and 32-bit color. The video card must have a Windows Experience Index Graphics score of 2.0 or better.

Windows XP Users
Minimum Requirements: Minimum Requirements: Windows XP users must have a card supporting DirectX 9, 128 MB of graphics memory, Pixel Shader 2.0 and 32-bit color. In addition only machines running a PCIe (PCI Express) or AGP 8x video card are recommended. AGP 4x/2x will not be supported.

Note: I tested this on Vista but not on XP because I don't use it.
